Stays under 30 days must pay in full at time of booking.
Rate includes utilities.
For bookings that involve a combination of daily, weekly and monthly rates extending beyond 30 days, a separate charge for electricity will apply for the entire stay.

Daily with Good Sams 10% Discount

Discount is for 10% off the daily rate, up to 3 days per stay.
Requires a full upfront payment with valid membership ID when booking.
