- Rate includes utilities.
- For bookings that involve a combination of daily, weekly and monthly rates extending beyond 30 days, a separate charge for electricity will apply for the entire stay.
Daily with Good Sams 10% Discount

- Discount is for 10% off the daily rate, up to 3 days per stay.
- Requires a full upfront payment with valid membership ID when booking.

Refund Policy
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows after the initial 24-hour period.
