Come visit Texas Trails, a gated RV community that puts you first. Enjoy our two pools and spa, where you can participate in water activities like volleyball, water aerobics, and relaxing by the pool. If you're feeling competitive, we offer bingo, poker, dominoes, and card games. For those interested in learning new skills or practicing old ones, we have ceramics, stained glass, woodworking, and other hands-on activities. Don't forget about our tennis courts and RC racing tracks! Located in Pharr, part of the Rio Grande Valley, there are plenty of attractions nearby such as the Veteran’s Memorial, Gladys Porter Zoo, and South Padre Island. We are conveniently situated near restaurants, grocery stores, and department stores for all your daily needs. Whether you're planning a brief getaway or an extended vacation, we have rates that cater to both short-term and long-term stays. Our aim is to provide you with options that are not only budget-friendly but also tailored to your needs, ensuring that your RV experience with us is both enjoyable and affordable.

Daily

  • Stays under 30 days require full upfront payment at time of booking.  
  • Rate includes utilities.
  • For bookings that involve a combination of daily, weekly and monthly rates extending beyond 30 days, a separate charge for electricity will apply for the entire stay. 

Daily Good Sams 10% Discount

$45.90

  •  Discount is for 10% off the daily rate, up to 3 days per stay.
  • Requires a full upfront payment with a valid membership ID at booking. 
  • Rate includes utilities.  

Daily Passport America 50% Discount

  •  Discount is for 50% off the daily rate, up to 3 days per stay.

6+6 Seasonal Rate

Reservation Date: April 1st, End date March 31st

  • 6 Months Off (Non-occupancy period): April 1st thru September 30th. Guests can leave RV on the site unoccupied during this time
  • 6 Months On (Occupied use period): October 1st thru March 31st. Guests can be onsite and use all amenities. 
  • Addition charges for electric

  • Guests who visit the resort during the 6 months off period are required to pay the published RV rate for that stay. 

6+3 Payment Plan

3 PMT's of $1,215

Reservation Date: April 1st, End date March 31st

  •  Storage rentals are available exclusively to guests with a paid reservation at the resort. This includes Daily, Weekly, 6+6, and Yearly options.

Refund Policy

We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows after the initial 24-hour period.
