Daily
- Stays under 30 days require full upfront payment at time of booking.
- Rate includes utilities.
- For bookings that involve a combination of monthly, weekly and daily rates, a separate charge for electricity will apply for the entire stay.
Daily Good Sam 10% Discount
- 10% Discount: Applies to the daily rate for up to 3 days per stay.
- Usage Limit: Limit of one discount (of any type) per guest every 60 days.
- Exclusivity: Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to consecutive reservations.
- Payment & Verification: Requires full upfront payment and a valid membership ID at the time of booking.
- Inclusive Pricing: The rate includes all utilities.
Daily Passport America 50% Discount
- 50% Discount: Applies to the daily rate for up to 3 days per stay.
- Usage Limit: Limit of one discount (of any type) per guest every 60 days.

- 7 nights with guest checking out on the 8th day.

- 6 Months Off (Non-occupancy period): April 1st thru September 30th. Guests can leave RV on the site unoccupied during this time
- 6 Months On (Occupied use period): October 1st thru March 31st. Guests can be onsite and use all amenities.
- Addition charges for electric

- Guests who visit the resort during the 6 months off period are required to pay the published RV rate for that stay.
6+3 Seasonal Payment Plan
Reservation Date: April 1st, End date March 31st
- 6 Months Off (Non-occupancy period): April 1st thru September 30th. Guests can leave RV on the site unoccupied during this time.
- 6 Months On (Occupied use period): October 1st thru March 31st. Guests can be onsite and use all amenities.
- Payments are due on 4/1,11/1 & 12/1.
- Addition charges for electric.
- Credit & background check required.
- 6+6 Guests who visit the resort during the 6 months Off must pay the published RV Transient rate for that stay.
Yearly
Reservation Date: April 1,2025 to March 31,2026

Storage Lot
- Storage rentals are available exclusively to guests with a paid reservation at the resort. This includes Daily, Weekly, 6+6, and Yearly options.
- Stand-alone storage rentals are not available.
- Electricity available, will incur charges if utilized.
Mobile Home Lots
Reservation Date: April 1,2025 to March 31,2026
- Payments due on the 1st of each month, late after the 5th.
- Late fee will be applied on or after the 6th.

Rally Discounts
- 10% off 5 to 15 units

Guarantee Policy
All reservations are required to have a guaranteed valid credit card on file.
Card Authorization: By providing your credit card, you authorize Trophy Gardens RV Resort to charge the card on file to settle any and all charges or fees incurred during your reservation. This includes, but is not limited to: Site rent, rental rate add-ons, Electricity usage fees, Late check-out or administrative fees, Property damages or missing items.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted for reservation payments.
REFUND POLICY
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, rollovers or no-shows after the initial 24-hour period.
