Yes. At least 80% of the occupied units at each resort are occupied by at least one person 55 or older. The remaining 20% of the units may be occupied by persons over 21.

 Yes. Visitors of our guests are welcome. Visitor stays can be for up to 14 days at a time, with a maximum of 30 days per year. 

Yes. All of our sites are full hookup. Select locations offer 30 and/or 50 amp service.

We welcome all fully self-contained RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, camper vans and hard-shell pop-up campers. Management approval is required for RVs over 10 yrs. old. 

 Check in 3 p.m. Check out 11 a.m. Late arrivals must call the office for instructions.

 Late arrival guests must check in with the office the following business morning. 

Current rates are always posted on each resort's web page.

No, we do not rent golf carts. Guests may bring their own. One golf cart allowed per site. 

 Pool hours are 9am to dusk

Wood burning fires are not permitted however, propane fire pits & grills are allowed. 

 Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash, clean up after them and do not disturb others. See pet policy for full details:

Yes, we have coin operated laundry facilities for guests use. 

Refund Policy

• Cancellations within 24hrs of booking will receive a full refund.   
• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows after 24hrs of booking.

   For stays exceeding three months, we require background and credit checks to ensure the reliability and financial stability of our tenants. This process helps us maintain a secure and well-managed property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

 Weekly Rentals at Wilder RV Resorts:

• Check-in: You can arrive anytime after 3 pm on your scheduled arrival date.
• Check-out: You must depart by 11 am on the seventh day of your reservation.

 While you have the campsite for 7 days, you only have access to it for 6 nights because of the check-in and check-out times. 

  Our monthly rate is based on the standard definition of a calendar month. This means that guests can enjoy our facilities and amenities for the entirety of a specific month, starting from the first day and concluding on the last day of that same month. Whether it's a month with 28,29,30, or 31 days, our monthly rate remains consistent, providing guests with a straightforward and hassle-free option for extended stays.  

  Yes, you can stay at the resort during the 6+6 off period. However, you will need to pay the standard published RV rate for any days between April 1 and September 30, as the 6+6 price does not cover occupancy during this off period. We also offer a discounted yearly rate for those who prefer to visit throughout the year.
